6x6 Oil on Canvas Board
Actually this one is in Bailey Island, Maine like the last sunset I did. I realized after I did it that this one and the last one were painted from photos taken the same evening so the colors are really similar. I would have like to do something a little different.
I started this one last week with another still life. The still life is a cupcake (anyone who has followed me for a while knows my proclivity for sweets) and I have been hesitant to post it because my blogger friend Kelley MacDonald (see her blog in the right hand column) just posted two wonderful cupcakes and I can't do them nearly as well as her! We will see. Maybe tomorrow I'll finish it up!
