On my way out the door but I Wanted to post this before I left. This is from my cell phone series. I mentioned before that is seems like I never have a camera for the cool night shots I see. So ended up with a bunch of reference photos on my cell phone! This is one of them!

I think what I like best about your cell phone paintings is your interpretation of the scenes without getting hung up on the details...is this because the cell phone photos aren't that clear? I love the results. They have a lot of life and energy to them.

I love this idea of night scenes from the cell phone. Perfect for capturing the impression of the moment because you don't need detaail to capture the mood in the painting.
