I am actually pleased with this one. I love the colors. I really tried to keep it simple. This enormous flower and it's little yellow vase were sitting on the counter of the Cafe in the MFA in Boston. It looked like it was too big for the vase! My daughter and husband don't care for this one. They both said, "Eh, it's ok". So I am not sure if I have bad taste or they do! Anyway this as a better picture of it than I had posted previously.

I think it's lovely. Every painting is not for every person, if you like it, that's what matters!
I think it very nice too. The flower sits uncomfortably in the vase, that's what makes it interesting.

Also, can relate to keeping up with your art.
Everyone is right, a class will keep things going. Advise I need to take.
But, what ever bit of money I get, goes somewhere else.Alas
